Thank you Alok. This is beautifully outlined and a very important issue you have addressed here. I think there is a lot of misconception about hard working – maybe it is a cultural thing. Someone seen going to the movies or flirting with a girl or being in a relationship is almost directly assumed to be squandering his time while the others sitting in front of the books without even as much as glancing the books are considered to be intelligent only to realize how lousy they have become at time management. You have stressed it spot on in this post.. Smart work is way way different than the mere hard one 🙂

You are absolutely right buddy. Smart work is in fact way way different than the mere hard work. I am not saying that hard workers are somehow bad to the society, actually they are also needed, but then it is the time when people love to hire smart workers who can work hard too.

Ultimately it isn’t about hard work or smart work, I think. It’s about what one is capable of. That also means what one can learn…

I completely agree. Most of us devote like 90% of time on work, but at the end are unsatisfied,What we need are smart workers as you said.

I make things unnecessarily lengthy sometimes which keep me from being a smart worker. The article questioned me how smart am I when it comes to working. Thank you Alok Was a nice read and a reminder 🙂

I don’t think so Vidyashree 🙂 Thanks for liking the post, but never underestimate your own abilities. You are a smart worker and it reflects on your posts which I have read so far. Though I don’t know you personally, but this is only what which I can say for you being a smart worker 🙂
