These days’ people are gaining weight very quickly and we all know how difficult it is to tell your spouse that you are growing fat. One feels scared that you might annoy your spouse by telling the truth about their gaining weight. But one should not feel so; have the courage to tell the truth. One can even take advice from their friends as well.
When a woman starts gaining weight it becomes quite difficult to have sex with her. If you are dating a guy then your plans of marriage are likely to get postponed or never happen. many cases have been heard where people date for many years and as the years progress so does the weight of the girl and after that plans of getting married just never get accomplished. It is quite hurting but the spouse gets physically repulsive and one cannot make a lifetime commitment in this situation. - Whenever you go out take few unflattering pictures ‘accidentally’.
- Go for some shopping and buy a smaller outfit for her/him and when it does not fit your fiancé then just say that the sales lady suggested it was for an ‘athletic man’ or a smaller women’. They would know that you consider them to be athletic or smaller and this might motivate them to start working out to lose those extra pounds.
- In case she wears an outfit that does not fit her anymore then it is your chance to tell her that outfit does not look on her anymore. This will make her a bit insecure and there is possibility that she might start some exercising.
The above mentioned methods fall into the category of small hints and it is not confirmed whether they will work for you or not. You can do few positive things to realize the weight issue. For instance create a positive atmosphere at home which is perfect for losing weight. Start by throwing out the junk food and next thing you need to do is follow an exercise regime. Once you start following it your fiancé will automatically come along with you. Adopt a healthy lifestyle and not only your fiancé but you will also be able to maintain that perfect shape.
