How to Live a Happy Life?

Being a diabetic patient I really understand the importance of living a happy and healthy life. If you can’t live a happy life then you should forget about living a healthy life. You all must think about how to live a happy life?

Here is my response. Read on this blog of mine to do some small-small activities which can help you to live a life with lots of happiness.

Before I should write something about those tiny things which can force you to live a happy life, let me give you all a few references from my own blogs about how we can live a happy life.

No matter what, but it is our own duty to motivate ourselves to live a healthy and happy life. We are living in an era in which everybody is stressed out badly. This stress is causing so many health issues in our life, diabetic being one such disease which is growing on a rapid basis among us.

When I first detected as diabetic I shattered down badly. Thanks to my lovely and caring wife that I regained my strength and start living life on a positive note only. No matter what but if you are diabetic then you are prone to many other diseases as well. It is your positive attitude only which can help you to face diabetes strongly.

The best medicine to fight against diabetes is to living a happy life. Now you must be asking about how to live a happy life? Don’t worry my dear friends; I will be coming to that shortly.

Here are those activities:

 Eat More Fruits

Give place to fruits in your life, than drinking fruit juices. Fruits are one of the best things which can really help you to remain healthy and fit.

Drink More Water

One of my blogger friends Pooja, who is also suffering from diabetes and challenging herself to fight it in a very positive manner these days, consider this as the best thing to fight against diabetes. Believe me drinking as much water as possible, or try to increase the intake of water in your life will definitely help you to remain calm and happy. You will be surprised to know that last night I took my daughter to a doctor, and while discussing with the doctor I came to know that they prescribe drinking waters to patients who won’t be able to control their anger. So basically drinking more water is favorable for all of us.

Laugh Randomly

Laughing is something which every one of us needs badly. But to be very precise I can say that it is also the most neglected things of our life.

Do you exactly remember when did you laughed without thinking anything last time?

If you are unable to remember then start laughing just now.

Oops you might be reading this in your office and if you start laughing people will found it crazy 😉

So, don’t worry, but make a practice of laughing randomly on a daily basis. Watch funny movies, videos, TV serials or anything which can help you to laugh with open heart.

Sleep More

Now sleep more does not means that you should start sleeping for around 12-13 hours 🙂 Try to take proper sleep, I mean at least of around 7 hours daily. This much sleep is very good for our health. Regular Exercise

Try to run a few extra miles on daily basis. Else try to do regular exercises; it will definitely help you to live healthy and happy life.

I don’t think that I need to say anything about the benefits of reading, as you all know about it already. But then, if you really want to live a happy life, you should start reading as much as possible. Read books, self help books, fiction novels, blogs, newspapers, or whatever you prefer to read, which you like to read.

Purchasing books might cost you something, but then blogs are totally free, and then you can get so many eBooks as well which comes free for you.

I guess I have been able to provide you some materials which can help you to make your life happier, even more than what you are living just now. You can also try to spend some more time with children’s around you, I think that this is the best thing which can bring lots of happiness in anyone’s life.
