As I mentioned in my book on anybody can do blogging but not guest blogging, guest blogging is an advanced version of doing blogging, and since in blogging too you can found some good quality blogs, and some poor quality, cheap blogs too. Similarly when you do guest blogging you can submit some great quality blogs as well and some poor quality blog as well.

So it is your responsibility to provide your best blogs to other blogs, so that you can provide quality to other blogs.

Always try to build relationships with the bloggers of your host sites. Tweet them, email them, thank them, complement them, or do whatever you can do to build a happy relationships with the bloggers.

And then you should focus on how that particular website is presenting blogs. Try to copy the same style on your blogs which you are submitting there for publishing.

It is more or less like using forums. But these forums are having quality factors, which you cannot expect in those poor quality forums of previous years.

Just for an example I am a blogger and I am active on IndiBlogger. Most of the time bloggers over there show love to my blogs and my blog comes to the home page of the IndiBlogger site. This way my websites are getting backlinks from there. And my websites are also getting the love from similar types of people too.

So you just need to identify relevant community website of your niche and you will have to become a part of that community to start getting some results.
