Earlier polygraphic test on Krishna was executed on Wednesday, while brain-mapping test is slated for Thursday.

Meanwhile three officials probing the double murder case has been shifted today by the CBI followed leakage of information pertaining to the case to a media house.

The officers who were removed from the team are: DIG Zaki Ahmed, Superintendent of Police and an IPS officer of 1993 batch from Uttar Pradesh cadre, SP R S Dhankar and an Additional SP.

However CBI denies any removal of officers from the probing team. Sources in CBI claimed the SP had applied for leave as he had to leave for the US and the Additional SP had some domestic problem.

Country’s most mysterious murder of Aarushi, daughter of Rajesh Talwar and their domestic help Hemraj on May 15 made the CBI to bite their fingers. On May 23 police arrested Rajesh Talwar for allegedly murdering his only daughter and Hemraj reasoning that he saw the victims in objectionable position. Later the case is handled by CBI which is trying hard to get the clue of murder. Till date no solid evidence is there which can prove Rajesh Talwar or any other as murderer.

After the case is taken by CBI, new facts are coming in the light making the case more and more complicated. CBI found the statements given by Talwar unsatisfactory. Also CBI told that Talwar is kept changing his statements which made the case very confusing. CBI demanded a lie detection test and Norco analysis to understand the crime scene. CBI required more time to question him in detail to figure out the facts. While seeking a five-day remand of Talwar, the CBI counsel informed the court that he needed to be grilled further as he was not cooperating. Finally two more days are granted to CBI to question him further.

CBI revealed that a severe attack at the heads killed both the victims, Aarushi and Hemraj. Later their throats were cut with a sharp weapon. There are four wounds at the body of Aarushi.

The doctor who postmortem the bodies of the victims is also questioned by the CBI. The officers visited the Talwar’s house and investigated the case from every corner. Nupur Talwar, mother of Aarushi was interrogated about the case.

Also, CBI said that at least two people are involved in the murder. Who are these people? Is Rajesh Talwar one of them? Then who is the other one?

Aarushi was found murdered in her house. Their domestic help Hemraj was also killed on the same night and found dead on the roof of the house. Noida police arrested Rajesh Talwar in the case while the accused and his family denied the claims and said that Talwar is innocent. Talwar family asked a CBI probe to find out the truth.

Aarushi TalwarFamily of Rajesh Talwar, the accused of the Noida twin murder case, who has been sent to three days police remand on Tuesday, after rejecting his bail plea, asked a CBI probe for the inquiry in the case.

Aarushi’s mother Nupur Talwar said that they are cheated by the police and they have no faith on Noida police now. Dr Talwar’s brother along with an advocate said that they are shocked with today’s development. He appealed to media to help them in having an impartial investigation.

Talwar, now in judicial remand, was brought to the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate A K Singh from Dasna Jail in Ghaziabad on Tuesday morning for the hearing of his bail plea. Police had demanded seven-day custody for Talwar.

The proceedings that began around 1:30pm (local time) had lasted barely 15 minutes, during which the Public Prosecutor P N Shrivastava sought seven days’ police custody of the accused. Meanwhile the ongoing Gujjar agitation has created the nuisance in the court and the proceedings had been delayed for an hour. Some lawyers agitating on the Gujjar issue entered the courtroom and shouted slogans.

Media persons were earlier prevented by police from entering the court to cover the court proceedings.

Lawyers representing Talwar, a dentist, had filed the application saying that he be released on bail since he was innocent and also suffering from asthma.

Rajesh Talwar who has allegedly killed his 14-year old daughter and domestic help Hemraj told the court that he was not behind the murders of his daughter Aarushi and Hemraj and he feared that police would frame him, court sources said. Durrani claims innocence after Dr. Rajesh arrested!

Dr. Rajesh Talwar, a father, who killed his only daughter Arushi and domestic help Hemraj last week to hide his extra marital affairs with his fellow colleague Dr. Anita Durrani is really shocking and unbelievable. Dr. Talwar was arrested on Friday but Dr. Anita, on the other hand, refuses any affair with the doctor.

Dr Rajesh Talwar was arrested on Friday and as told by the police he killed both because they knew about his extra-marital affairs and the two victims themselves shared a close relationship.

However, The Dr. Anita on Saturday morning dismissed the allegations as “wrong” and “baseless”, saying both the families had good relations.

Anita said that she knew the Talwar’s family for last 13-14 years and they were good family friends only. She said,” Arushi was like a daughter to them.”

Anita and her husband Praful Durrani, who shared the space with the dentist couple Talwars in the same clinic, said that what the police was claiming was “very, very shocking”. “Everything is false. Nothing is true. All these things are baseless,” they told while talking to the reporters.

Durranis said that they have not been interrogated by the police even once.

On Thursday last week, the night before the murder, Anita said she was in Dehradun and the next day they got the information about Arushi`s murder on landline.

Anita clarified that a night before the murder, she was in Dehradun on Thursday. She was shocked as soon as the next day she got the information of the murder and rushed to the Talwar’s house.

“We found Nupur and Rajesh crying near the body. The couple said the domestic help Hemraj might have killed and they suspect Hemraj,” she said.

The case has yet many things uncovered. Investigations are still going. Till now, according to the IG Gurdarshan Singh, Talwar first killed the domestic help on the terrace of the house in the small hours of May 16 and then came down to kill his daughter after having some whiskey.

Singh told that Arushi was aware of her father`s extra-marital affairs and was angry about it. She had discussed the issue with Hemraj. Meanwhile, the two victims had also shared a `close relationship`.

Singh said Talwar had returned from his clinic on the murder night and had found the two in an “objectionable” condition but not in a compromising position.

He said on the pretext of talking to Hemraj, Talwar took him to the terrace and reportedly killed him by hitting his head with a heavy weapon and then used a sharp-edged weapon. Then he came downstairs, had whiskey and at around 1:00 am, he allegedly killed Arushi by first hitting her head with a heavy object and then using a sharp-edged weapon to slit her throat.

It was also revealed that Hemraj had also discussed with his friends about the doctor’s alleged illicit relationship. Hemraj had also feared for his life and had told some of his friends about that.

Today is the birthday of the innocent 14-year-old Arushi.
