You should also know the terms and condition to claim for the insurance whenever the situation arises.

The second important thing is to have Vaccination. Vaccination is done for very common diseases or infections like Hepatitis A and B, Polio, Typhoid, Rabies, many communicable diseases etc.  While traveling to developing or developed countries, having vaccination is essential and without it we can’t enter that country.  Any trip out of the country have  investigation of what vaccines are taken and  recommended, so we should carry the vaccination certificate from an medical doctor which should have names, age, expiry date and time of the vaccinations of that person.

You should also know about the medication and you should know what medication you are taking and doing. Before a person travel to a country he should have some preparation and people should have a visit to their doctor to re-check their health and stability of their medical condition. They should also have a certificate from the doctor which should contain all the medical test of that person.

You should also carry the medical kit or first aid kit with you, which should have all the essential medicine, dettol, soap, bandage and essential drugs. Medical information of vaccination and medication details can also be carried so as to be shown when needed so as to have fast and better medication.

When you travel through air in different time zones Jetlag occur, as the body has to adjust to time zone differences of different countries. The Common symptoms or signs of jet lag are tiredness, improper sleeping, difficulty to concentrate and headache. The best ways to minimize jetlag is to adjust our sleep to the time zone we are traveling to, one or two days before traveling. The person traveling should drink lots and lots of water and avoid alcohol and smoke.

One of the benefits of drinking water is that it will break the fats and protein of your body and will also act as a stimulant to guide your brain that you are not hungry. Yes it is true. Laughter can help you to help the functioning of your brain along with it will give you energy. I have always seen that if I am too much stressed then I prefer to watch one comedy movie and that always boost the energy behind me. Laughter can ease the blood pressure too.
