The Delhi Fast Track Court on Friday awarded life sentences to Vikas and Vishal Yadav, the accused of the Nitish Katara murder case after six years long trial.
The prosecution gave his arguments for death penalty to the accused but finally the court settled for life term punishment and concluded that Vikas was a habitual offender considering his involvement in the Jessica Lal murder case. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 1.2 lakh each on both the convicts.
