Now here is something from my personal experience. If you are planning to visit Mumbai and from there on, making your minds to visit Shirdi (or any other place), then take my suggestion – Hire a Car or Volvo service with Care!

I am not saying that all the Car and Volvo providers are bad but one of them is an unethical travel agency at present. It is one of the biggest travel agencies working in Mumbai but offers fraudulence and scam filled experience to all of its clients. The name is Priyanka Travels in Mumbai.

We booked our Tavera from the same. Our plan was to travel to Shirdi in the same and then come back the next morning to Mumbai. But when we landed in Mumbai, the agency started demanding more money contrary to what was fixed and gave the contract to another agent. The concerned agent didn’t elaborate about our plans to the driver.

While we were expected to come back in the morning, the driver was asked to leave us in Shirdi and come back in the night itself. The agent lied to the driver also. It was the occasion of Ganpati Festival in Mumbai and the driver had to return back from Shirdi to Mumbai to celebrate the festival with his family. But our plans were to come back in the next morning. But it was the agent’s mistake that he lied to the driver that we also have our intentions to come back in night. This was done to force the driver to come with us and gain money in advance. The whole confusion led to chaos. But things went alright, thanks to the blessings of Sai Baba. Now I laugh at the situation but facing the same at that time was something that I would like to forget.

Therefore one must always book the services of a reputed and trusted travel agency after consulting credible sources in advance.
