Today in this world of technology people are becoming busy in the cobwebs of their mechanical life, due to which they simply ignore the importance of being healthy. They also have fiber and Provides Minerals. So Rather than to have ice cream or junk food it’s better to have fruits and vegetables. The most important reason is that it helps in not gaining calories.

The second most important thing is to do regular exercise daily. Best way is to do 30 – 60 minutes of physical activity a day to stay healthy. The two best exercises to loose weight are Body weight jump squats and Hindu Squats. Body weight jump squatting is an intense exercise in which u have to do a squat down and deep to any extent possible for you, with just your body weight and upper thighs should move in a direction parallel to the ground. Then open up and try to jump very high and then repeat this exercise for 15 to 20 minutes. Hindu Squats is also a body weight squats in which squatting is done till you can touch the ground with the fingers and then you’ll have to lift your legs above the ground and do this as fast as u can. This exercise will help to burn some of the unwanted calories.

The third ways is not to skip meals to lose weight. Even if we are busy then try to have meals in time. People try to skip their meals so as to lose weight, but it’s not right. Eating small meals help you to balance your calorie intake the whole day. When we skip meals our body goes into starvation mode so the body starts to retain the fats.  Now day’s people try to have convenience pre-packed frozen food which they can make ant in few minutes and have a complete meal, but we should avoid it. Instead of having three big meals its better to have five to six small meals

Moreover, the other way is to have a check for the sugary drinks. Instead of having juices, coke, Pepsi or ice cream its better to have two to three liters of water, it not only helps us from dehydration but also helps us from not gaining weight.  Smoking and drinking should also be avoided so as not to gain weight and even it’s dangerous to our health.

At the end of the day we should not forget that “a healthy mind rests in a healthy body”. So be healthy and think healthy….
