“What are you saying?” “Are you mad??” “Don’t joke with me…” I am sure you must complement me these things or something else from these, if I am going to say you that “Google is not safe for your computer” or “Google can harm your computer”.

Let me tell you clearly, it is not me who is saying this, but this is the suggestion of Google about Google. One of my friends just asked me to search Google in Google. I hope you all are aware from the Google, Google is the world’s number one search engine and I think millions of people use Google daily for lots of searches.

So when my friend asked me to search Google in Google then I found some thing interesting. Let’s see these images:

These are the snaps of the Google search for Google in which they are saying that “This site might harm your computer”. Is Google’s data is hacked? Or there is something serious behind all these? What are your views on this? Do update us with the comments on this.

Public show of affection is Right or Wrong?

A few days ago I went through one question in an open forum about the value of the show of affection in public. The submitter was asking about the public show of affection by the US President Barack Obama to the first lady Michelle Obama. The big question is that is it okay to show your affection in public?

Mr and Mrs. Obama

It is true that people are always eager to watch every step of the celebrities. I think that it is not good to show so much affection in public. Although I am a big fan of the first couple of US and I like them very much, but I will insist on my view that showing so much affection in public is not good.

I believe that President Mr. Obama has very high respect for his wife and I do believe that every person should have high respect for his wife. Mr. Obama believes that she is the motivating power which brought him to the top most position of the world, while she helped him to recover from bad times of his life too. Thus, showing so much affection even in public meetings and during speeches is one sort of thanks giving to his life partner.

During the campaign time we saw the affection of the Obama couple in public and even on the date of inauguration too we watched the same. I don’t think there is any thing wrong behind this. Women are feeling a bit jealous about Mrs. Obama and they are hoping that their hubbies too can get some tips from Mr. President. Mr. President sets a good example for other husbands to respect and adore their spouses.

But the question is asked just because showing love or affection is a very private and personal thing and it should need not to show in public. There are many people out there who will criticize this on the name of culture, on the name of ethics and any thing. They can cry for anything.

It is true that Obama is the most popular personality these days and his every movement is watched by almost the entire world. It is also true that with the show of affection he is giving the proper respect to the lady of his life. I would rather like to know the views of the readers of I News India on this topic. Comments and views are awaiting from our readers.

India will Play First One Day International after two months!

If you’re new here, and interested in the latest news and insights on news from India and world, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting I News India.

Team India is visiting Sri Lanka for a short tour of five One Day Internationals and a Twenty Twenty match. They are scheduled to play the first ODI against Lanka in Dambulla on 28th January 2009. The match is scheduled at 10 AM local time.

Team India is playing limited over cricket match after a gap of around two months. It was the 26th November 2008, when India were playing against England team, and the same time a few terrorists attacked in Mumbai, thus England team returned back to the England without playing the last two One Day Internationals.

Though, in that series India defeated England by a margin of 5-0. Before that India defeated Sri Lanka in Lanka by a margin of 3-2.

On the other hand, Sri Lanka recently played in Bangladesh and then in Pakistan, and only lost the first match against Pakistan. Other than that match they won the 6 matches.

So the two team are almost equivalent and both the skippers are considering it as the toughest series. With the strong batting line up like Sachin, Sehwag, Gambhir, Yuvraj, and Dhoni Team India is looking a bit stronger than Lankan team, on the other hand with M factors and with the absence of Harbhajan Singh Sri Lankan team is looking much stroger from the bowling point of view.

Both Mendis and Murali are running on a superb form and the absence of the senior off-spinner Bhajji Team India is looking a bit weak. Although, Sehwag and Gambhir has said that they are ready to face Mendis this time and they will perform well against them. One thing is sure that this series is going to create some excitement.

Please visit www.cricnews.in for more updates on First ODI between India and Sri Lanka, and also visit www.cricketupdates.in for the Live Updates of first ODI between India and Sri Lanka in Dambulla.

Indian Army is the best in the world!

If you’re new here, and interested in the latest news and insights on news from India and world, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting I News India.

Today is the 60th Republic Day of India and I do remember the Indian Army, which is the best in the world. Today morning I was watching the news related to the Republic Day celebration and I thought we should not forget the Indian Army on this occasion which has brought so many proud moments to the nation.

I was not at all happy with the post 26/11 situation in the country, since we do believe that we should have taken some strong steps against those militants and especially against those bastards whose hands are behind them. If Indian army would have given the orders then they have the capability that they can destroy all the terrorists either hiding in India or abroad. But, there are some diplomatic issues related with India. We have an image of peaceful nation, and we never try to destroy that image. It is good, no doubt, but I am not sure when the time will come that we will take revenge of the death of our own civilians. A few years back terrorists attacked our Parliament but we did nothing, even the same happened with us this time too. Only 10 people from Pakistan came to our financial capital and killed more than 150 people and injured so many people. Although all the proofs are clearly saying about the hand of Pakistan in the attack, but we never took some strong action against them.

I don’t know for what our politicians are waiting for? Indian Army is always saying that they are ready to take any type of actions against any army, but Indian Government is not giving them the order. I know their capability and I deeply believe that the time has arrived that they should be allowed to take action against militants. I am not writing this post against any country but yes I am always against that country which is supporting the militants who are killing our own civilians.

Indian Army has proofed their strength in the past too and they have the capability of doing the same in the future too. I still remember the Kargil war. On the occasion of the 60th Republic Day I News India pay homage to the soldiers who lost their life to save our country.

Beautiful Wine Racks!

This time I am coming up with some thing unusual from my personal point of view, this is about the wine racks. In my life I have never touched the wines but have some closed friend who likes the wine so for them I usually store a few bottles of wine in my room. Keeping them is quite easy but maintenance becomes a bit difficult for a bachelor guy like me.

Hence, I was looking for a few options through which I can easily keep my wine bottles, and suddenly I reached to the website www.thevinestore.com and found that they are offering some great looking portable Wine Racks which can be beneficial for us.

A few of the best sellers of the vine store are Wrought Iron - Bottle Bunch, Bentwood Wine Rack, Bordeaux Collection - Chateau (23 Bottle) Wine Rack, 18 Bottle Wood Wine Rack and a few more which are quite simple and easy to keep. Almost all the products are portable which can be managed by any single person too.

The vine store provides a few wine racks which typically made up of wood, along with metals too. They are also providing the hanging wine racks along with the furniture’s too which contains the wine racks. I think these types of racks are even useful to those guy’s who don’t use the wine, but they too can keep different bottles like Sauce, Oils etc. in them.

Top 7 ways to recover from the Break Ups!

If you’re new here, and interested in the latest news and insights on news from India and world, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting I News India.

Are you looking for a way to get your partner back! Then there is a chance that you are one step closer to it than you could possibly imagine. Break- ups, why do they happen in the first place! We must have futilely allowed our minds to wander many times in that dark alley without a proper alternative. When there are so many sites, books and what not preaching ways on how to get him back and when that fails to work we just get frustrated and lost again. However, this article shouldn’t be so cruel but one which should help you feel one step closer to that long awaited peace.

  1. Throw yourself into work- Do not let your mind to wallow away in the past. Throw yourself into some work of any kind, do that which you always wanted to do. In doing so, your self esteem will be back on track and you will begin to feel the presence of those positive vibes.
  2. Pamper yourself- it’s high time you considered that long awaited trip to that hairdresser or that gym that always beckoned you on the way but you said maybe tomorrow. Go find that hobby which you had always wanted and make it happen.
  3. Meet new folks- Chances are that your past relationship could have led to the deterioration of your contacts with old friends or family, then this is your opportunity to set things right again. Also, one should consider building new contacts with people who share similar tastes. At the same time, giving yourself time to heal, but you never know what can develop.
  4. Take care of yourself- Maybe it’s time you had that thorough check up and a discussion with your doctor. Getting back in shape mentally and physically is equally important.
  5. Get a pet- Having a pet has always worked wonders even on the toughest people out there and getting a pet can be precisely one of the best ways of diverting your mind and your road to speedy recovery. The best part like people they have no double standards, a totally harmless but god deal!
  6. Join a meditation or yoga club- For that overall result, joining a good meditation or yoga centre should really help smooth those ruffled feathers.
  7. Surround yourself with positivity- Last but not least, no matter what you really do, one must see to it that they are surrounded by that which will help calm them and be more focused, than to get more aggravated with time. This can mean getting that good supportive group to  keeping yourself away from all those physical bad memories like photos, letters.

240 diggs and 63 comments but still missing the fp of dig!

If you’re new here, and interested in the latest news and insights on news from India and world, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting I News India.

It was the coincidence that I found one news on digg yesterday, which was about one full page ad in NY Times, which got around 337 diggs within 24 hours but did not reached to the first page, the same type of things happened with my news too. Last day I blogged about this on my site at this place: http://www.inewsindia.com/2009/01/22/337-diggs-and-97-comments-but-still-missing-the-fp-of-digg/ and when I submitted this news on digg then it too got around 200 diggs after the 10 hours of submission. Till that time it was at the top of the hot news, but then suddenly it went off.

It was once again the art of a few people who are popularly known as the Bury Brigade in dig. There are a group of few people who do these types of work regularly and in my honest opinion they are harming the image of the world’s number one social bookmarking site dig.

When I last checked the status of my news at digg, it got 240 diggs that too in between 18 hours after the submission. Also it got around 63 comments, but it was not there either at the first page or at the hot section.

Many people complain about the manipulation of the results in digg, which in my views is not correct. It is the people who decide the fate of any story. If they will bury any story then there will be no chance for that story. Actually many people try to manipulate the digg algorithm, but the digg algorithm is not at all clear to any one. I think the owners of the digg should take a bit of care about these type of brigades.

337 diggs and 97 comments but still missing the fp of digg!

Guy’s this is really surprising to see a news with 337 diggs and 97 comments but still it was not there at the first page of the digg. The more surprising thing which I found was, it was no where in the Hot list too.

337 diggs was something which can be attained normally if your news hits the first page of the digg, but in the case of this story they got it without reaching to the first page. Also these many diggs are achieved after 23 hours and 44 mintues of the submission.

You can see this image for more detail:

This story was on a full page advertisement in NY Times, the ad was on peace. It was an open letter to the new US President Obama. It starts with a great quotation of Martin Luther King Jr. “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter”.

After this quotation the ad directly addresses the President Obama, and they congratulate him for his historical innaguration day. The letter then picks up a few points like:

End the longstanding blockade and allow humanitarian aid to reach Gaza.
Demand that Israel adhere to International Law.
Call for a lasting and enforceable ceasefire respected by all parties.
Reevaluate the $3 Billion of annual U.S. aid to Israel.

The letter was jointly written by the Muslim Public Affairs Councel - New York (www.mpac.org), United for Peace and Justice (www.unitedforpeace.org), Council on American-Islamic Relations - New York (www.cair.com), U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation (www.endtheoccupation.org), American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (www.adc.org), and LA Jews For Peace (www.lajewforpeace.org).

It was surprising that it did not reached to the first page of Digg. Something wrong is looking behind the Digg’s algorithm. Sometimes a news reaches to the first page by just getting only 45 or 50 diggs, and some time I have seen that news reaches to first page after the 24 hours of its submission. So some thing is really behind all this which can always tell you that it is not the decision of the Public to choose any news for the fp.

Crystal Sauna A New Way of Weight Loss!

If you’re new here, and interested in the latest news and insights on news from India and world, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting I News India.

I am a guy who is a bit obese and I always try to be a bit slim and lose some extra weight. The major problem with me is the lack of time. Due to this I always fail to lose weight.

Recently I have started going out after the dinner so that I can lose a bit of extra calorie and my weight can be controlled, although I am not so much overweight but still I remain conscious about the weight loss.

A few moment back I was wondering how people manage to weight loss so I surfed through lot’s of website for this information. Mean while I reached to a website www.crystalsauna.com which is providing Infrared Saunas, which can burn around 300 to 600 calories during one session.

You know that this claim of burning 300 to 600 calories per sauna session was claimed by the U.S. Army research. So we can also trust on them. Sauna is in fact a nice way to lose extra weight and I too will try to use it to become slim.

Sauna is a special type of instrument which in fact works on the principle of heating and burning the extra calories of the human body. Normally it becomes hot to the double of the room temperature and thus it provides the infrared heat to the body and this way it burns the calorie.

Movie Review: Chandni Chowk to China!

If you are going to ask my own opinion on the movie then I will say not to watch this to any one. When I came back from the theater I really found my head aching too much and I thought that I will write the review on it for my visitors.

The movie Chandni Chowk to China is a story of a poor guy Sidhu who lives in the Chandni Chowk of New Delhi along with his Dada Mithun Chakraborty. His fate and Ranvir Shorey who played the role of the interpreter called Chopstick, brought him to a village of China to kill the villain Hojo, which was played by Gordon Liu. Sidhu who is in fact the Akshay Kumar thought that he was reached here to become the King, but there people actually thought that he is an incarnation of a great fighter.

Mean while he met with a twin and their father, the role of twins Meow Meow (Suzy) and Sakhi are being played by Deepika Padukone. One of the major problems which I faced during the movie is that the most of the dialogues are in Chinese which caused me to concentrate on the English writing, so might be this is one of the reasons behind the headache.

I will give two out of five stars to the movie. The star caste of the movie includes Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Ranvir Shorey, Gordon Liu, and Mithun Chakraborty. The movie was directed by Nikhil Advani. Click here to download the mp3 songs of the movie.

Also don’t forget to post your comment on the movie. We are eagerly waiting for your comments.
