Krishna sent for 3-day police custody!
Krishna, the compounder of Rajesh Talwar was sent into 3-day Police Custody by CBI special court in Ghaziabad on Saturday in regard of country’s biggest murder mystery of a 14 year old girl Aarushi Talwar and their domestic help Hemraj. The move took place after CBI saught 14 day remand for investigating murder weapon, blood stained clothes and mobiles of the victims.
CBI took Krishna to Dasna Jail for interrogation from the court. CBI got important clues from Krishna’s Narco test in connection with Noida double murder case and after his arrest as prime suspect; he is taken before CBI special court in Ghaziabad today. The case has been registered under Section 302 (murder) and section 201 (destruction of evidence).
CBI’s has raided Talwar’s house today and a thorough investigation was held there to explore the murder weapon. Krishna hinted at the involvement of three people in the murder during the lie detector and narco test conducted on him. Till now the murder weapon could not be explored.
CBI suspects that the weapon must be in the buiding where Talwar’s residence situated in Noida. The team inspected the entire roof top and water tanks with pipelines in the area. The rooftops and flowerpots placed on the rooftops were also inspected with metal detectors.
CBI also arrived at Dr Rajwsh Talwar’s colleague, Dr Anita Durrani and the residence was sealed by the team. A bag was seized by CBI team from Durrani’s house. CBI didn’t disclose what is there in that bag.
The CBI had visited the Durrani house late Friday night too and interrogated the servant, who was close to Hemraj. Durani’s domestic help Raj Kumar is in CBI custody. Raj Kumar used to come at Talwar’s house many times and he used to talk Krishna also. CBI also suspects him behind the murder.
Both Tayal and Durrani are expected to put under the lie detector test soon.
Krishna’s lawyer F C Sharma, opposing the CBI’s plea, contended that his client had been in CBI’s illegal detention since June 3 and all the tests including narco analysis, brain mapping and lie detector tests were conducted without his consent.
Rajesh Talwar was already arrested by Noida police on May 23. Till now there is no evidence found by CBI against him.
