As everybody knows that the Bollywood super star Sanjay Dutt’s marriage with Manyata went soar when legal questions were raised for their legality of marriage. Case was filed against their marriage by Manyata’s former husband Meraj Rehman.

The couple will appear in Mumbai court with all important documents, to prove the legality of their marriage.

The two got married on February 11 as per Hindu rites in Goa but Manyata’s former husband Meraj Rehman claimed that she is still her wife and their marriage is illegal.Meraj claimed that Manyata is not divorced by him yet. Hence her second marriage to Sanjay Dutt is not valid.

Also Manyata is questioned for validity of her residential certificate of Goa which is needed for the marriage. Goa marriage registrar’s office sent a notice to Manyata for reportedly submitting a fake residential certificate at the time of marriage.

Replying to the notice, Dutt and Manyata filed an application to the Goa marriage registrar seeking to cancel their marriage, which was accepted by the registrar.
